Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
International shipping is available to select countries — please email support@elyttrium.com to check availability.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
During high-demand periods (sales or new drops), processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive an update if there are delays.

Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
Express Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

International Shipping

International delivery usually takes 7–14 business days.
Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Charges

FREE shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
A flat ₹50 COD fee applies for Cash on Delivery orders.
International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order in the My Account section of our website.

Shipping Delays

We work with reliable logistics partners, but delays may occasionally occur due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we may charge a re-shipping fee.
